General:

How does Dijs University work?

There are two options within Dijs University (1) regular platform and (2) premium platform. The regular platform will feature premium daily content not offered anywhere else and custom build for the platform. It will be 80% theory and 20% implementable content. The premium platform will feature legacy content in terms of our previous and future courses and mastermind programs. Once you sign up with Dijs University you will have access to video content, this will be updated weekly. In addition to these two subscriptions we will also offer monthly coaching in this university model. 

Will existing content always stay in the portal?
Yes, the content will always be available to you. Existing videos in the portal won’t be deleted, with few exceptions.  

How often is there new content added to the portal?
The portal will constantly be updated and new content will be added every week.

How long do I have access to all the content?
You will have access to all the content inside the portal as long as you have an active subscription with Dijs University.   

Do I need to be an experienced affiliate to use Dijs University?
No, you do not need to be an experienced affiliate to start with Dijs University.

What’s the difference between the regular plan and the premium plan?
If you have access to the regular plan you will learn everything about affiliate marketing. It will feature premium daily content not offered anywhere else and custom build for the platform. It will be 80% theory and 20% implementable content.

If you have the Premium plan, you will have access to everything that’s included in the open plan plus
legacy content in terms of our previous and future courses and mastermind programs. Every quarter we will release new courses which will be included into the Premium plan.  

Billing: 

How do I get billed?
You will get billed automatically every month on the credit card with the details that you provided us with. 

When do I get billed?
You will get billed every 30 days upon sign up. Based on special offers and discounts this could differ.  

How can I change my billing settings?

Where can I find my billing information? 

You can find your billing information here and you will also receive email updates before you get billed. 

Videos: 

Where can I find the videos?

You will find the videos in ‘my products’, once you click on ‘view products’’ you will see all the videos categorized in different categories.  

Am I able to rewatch videos?
Yes, you will always be able to rewatch videos or pause them in between. 

Am I able to suggest topics for new videos?

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can reach out to [email protected] to cancel your subscription.

How can I upgrade my account?
You can change your plan in your account settings here.

How can I downgrade my account? 

You can change your plan in your account settings here.

How can I update my account profile? 

If you click on your avatar in the top right corner and then go to settings you will be able to update your account settings.

How can I change my account password?

Coaching: 

What is 1- on- 1 coaching?

The 1-on-1 coaching will allow you to be in contact with your dedicated account manager on a daily basis. This person will be able to guide you through the processes, whether it's with your Tracker, Facebook or other traffic sources like Google or Native. You will always have a guide to assist you with any questions you might have. As the University offers you a large scale of different affiliate marketing topics it will allow you to broaden your vision but also drill down into one specific topic. The account manager will be able to help you stay committed to your goals with weekly evaluations. 

How does 1- on- 1 coaching work?
You will have a Skype chat with your assigned account manager, who will be able to assist you with all the problems you might face. 

How much does 1- on- 1 coaching cost?
1- on- 1 coaching is an add on and will cost 200 euros (excl. VAT) on top of your current plan.

How can I sign up for email updates?

You will receive emails about Dijs University automatically. If you have additional questions about emails you can reach out to support.    

How often do I receive email updates?
You will receive daily email updates.  

How can I stop email updates?
You can unsubscribe from our email list by clicking the link ‘unsubscribe’ in the email.
